MG ZS EV Launch
MG Motors India has launched the ZS EV, India's second fully electric SUV after the Hyundai Kona which was launched earlier this year. The car comes with a host of features including a 44kWh battery back which provides 340 kms of max range. The prices of the ZS EV will be revealed earlier in 2020.
Bajaj Chetak
Bajaj surprised the Indian Automotive market with a brand new electric scooter with a rather legendary name carried forward today. Chetak scooter which was discontinued almost a decade ago has been revived ina new avatar and is high on quality which is at par with International Standards. No launch or prices revealed yet.
Nexon EV
TATA has announced that it will unveil its new facelifted NEXON EV to the world on December 17th. The car was shown on various social platforms promoted by the fitness guru Milind Soman driving it through the tough terrains of Ladakh. The car claims to be the most well-engineered EV in the country that will put a sweat to everything under 20 lakh rupees price range.
300 Charging Stations in Delhi.
Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) has installed over 300 EV charging stations across the city of New Delhi. This is to help the existing EVs run by the Govt of India and would also service private EVs in the city. These stations have 50 kW DC output. Out of these 55 are in the prime market areas.
